Initiate the TNA- Training need assessment. Based on the TNA & SWOT-

We will  plan the training schedule to cover all the  services- Technical, Softskills, Verbal ability, Aptitude & Interview , GD & Resume Builder skills or  select couple of  training modules based on mutual discussions with reference to the TNA & SWOT.

We will impart the frameworks & techniques using activity based learning ,we will share the  collaborative  team’s rich industry & practical insights, which will enable the students to know their inherent strengths & fine tune them, identify the areas  they need to work on both technical & soft skills to become a good team member which will facilitate the smooth transition from campus2corporate.

We also help the Placement Department in:

  • Increasing the number of companies visiting your campus
  • Increasing the percentage of students placed in Corporates.
  • Developing better relationships with Placement Heads of Colleges and HRs of Tier 1 companies
  • Providing administrative help in the recruitment season.
